Terms of Service
Last updated: 16/05/2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Insight International Advisory Services FZE LLC, trading as Insight Advisory ("Insight Advisory", "we", "us", or "our"), at www.insightadvisory.ae (the "Website"), together with any content, tools, calculators, downloads, and communications made available through it (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About Us
Insight Advisory is the trading name of Insight International Advisory Services FZE LLC, a corporate and legal advisory firm licensed in the Sharjah Publishing City (SPC) Free Zone in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence number 4416782.01.
The Website is provided for general information and to allow prospective clients to learn about our services and contact us.
2. No Legal Advice; No Engagement
Information published on the Website — including articles, insights, guides, tool outputs, FAQs, and service descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional engaged on the facts of your specific matter.
Your use of the Website, submission of an enquiry, or any informal correspondence with us does not create a lawyer-client, advisor-client, or any other professional engagement. An engagement only arises once we have agreed it in writing, completed our onboarding (including any conflict and KYC checks), and you have signed an engagement letter.
Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Website or by unsolicited email. Anything sent before an engagement is in place may not be treated as confidential or privileged.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Website on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Website for lawful, personal, and internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute material from the Website beyond the limited extracts permitted by fair use, without our prior written consent
- Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or crawler to access or extract content, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any related systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with the Website's operation or other users' use of it
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation when contacting us
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, articles, guides, tool designs, code, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Insight Advisory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the Website for personal or internal business reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact and do not modify the content. All other uses — including reproduction, adaptation, distribution, training of AI/ML models, or commercial exploitation — require our prior written consent.
6. Tools, Calculators, and Estimates
Any calculators, estimators, or interactive tools made available through the Website (such as gratuity estimators or cost calculators) produce indicative, high-level outputs based on the inputs you provide and assumptions in force at the time of publication. They do not account for the full facts of your situation and may not reflect subsequent changes in law, regulation, or practice. Outputs are not advice and should not be relied upon for any decision; please contact us for a tailored review.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
The Website may link to third-party websites, resources, or services for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or practices, and your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
8. Communications
By submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, or otherwise providing your contact details, you consent to us contacting you in response, including by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels you have used to reach us. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to the relevant message or contacting us using the details at the end of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. No Warranties
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Website's accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components. Laws, regulations, and administrative practice in the UAE evolve rapidly, and information that is accurate when published may later become outdated.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight Advisory, its directors, partners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Website
- Any reliance you place on information, tool outputs, or materials on the Website
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any third-party content, conduct, or links accessed through the Website
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Liability that arises from a signed engagement letter is governed by that engagement letter, not by these Terms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insight Advisory and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
13. Modifications to the Website and Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such change.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, together with the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone. The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website, save that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you reside or hold assets.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any engagement letter you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insight Advisory in relation to your use of the Website.
